CONDITIONS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
The delivery time
Two working days must be allowed to process orders.
PC Dépôt Liquidation cannot however guarantee delivery times considering weekends and holidays during which Canada Post services are not effective.
Note that :
- We do not ship outside of Canada.
- We do not ship to post office boxes.
- Unless a delivery error occurs, delivery costs are not refundable.
- It is impossible to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
- Defective or damaged products
If a product purchased on our site is found to be defective within 60 days of receiving your order, please contact us to confirm the procedure. If you find that a product is damaged at the time of delivery, please write to us at info@pcdepotliquidation.com, or call us at 514-227-1451, as soon as possible.
* Unless we make a mistake, no refund or exchange will be given for items that are damaged, that have certain parts missing and that are not in their original condition and box.
Return of goods purchased online
If the items purchased online do not match what was ordered, we will exchange it within 10 days of the delivery date. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Price
All prices displayed on the site are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and postage, which will be indicated in your basket at all times. The purchase amount is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order.
Payment
Orders placed on the pcdepotliquidation.com site must be paid for by credit card (through Paypal or Stripe).
